Mission Statement

The ENC PLU Committee seeks to notify stakeholders of important land use projects and permitting issues in the Encino Neighborhood. The ENC-PLU seeks to thoroughly understand proposed developments their benefits and drawbacks. Receive stakeholder feedback in order to provide salient feedback to the project developer, and the Encino Neighborhood Council (ENC). The ENC will consider the recommendations of the PLU and will use them as the basis, to provide feedback to Council District Office 5, City Agencies including the Los Angeles City Council on projects that affect Encino and the surrounding Neighborhoods.
