Chick Fil-A Appeals Hearing

There will be an appeals hearing on February 11th regarding the Chick Fil-A on White Oak and Ventura Blvd. The Encino Neighborhood Council has previously taken a position on this matter and recently approved a motion to support our homeowner's groups; Encino Property Owners Association (EPOA) and Homeowners of Encino (HOME) in the appeals that they have filed.
The hearing will be on February 11th and this should be heard after 4:30pm - if you're planning on attending we would suggest to log into the meeting before 4:30pm in the event that they are moving quickly through the calendar.
