LAPD's National Night Out - Details TBD

National Night Out culminates annually on the first Tuesday in August to enhance the relationship between neighbors and law enforcement while bringing back a true sense of community. It also provides a great opportunity to bring police and neighbors together in a positive way.

The LAPD's West Valley police station usually has a movie in the park for National Night Out. They have not released details yet, we will update this event when they share the info.

LAFD Appreciation Pancake Breakfast (hosted by 818 Week Coalition)

On August 23 the 818 Week Coalition is hosting “Saluting Our Firefighting Heroes: Breakfast with the Brave”, a free community pancake breakfast honoring the Los Angeles Fire Department heroes who protected the San Fernando Valley during the January 2025 firestorms.
