Encino Hills Traffic Mitigation Resource Page

The Encino Neighborhood Council has worked with Council District 4, the Los Angeles Department of Transportation (LADOT), and other local community groups on a plan to mitigate cut-through traffic and traffic speed issues in the Encino Hills area.
